We are proud to introduce our line of indoor/outdoor artisan masterpieces, Open Air Prints™. These stunning prints are extremely durable and have been crafted with environmentally superior finishing technology. Virtually maintenance-free, weather resistant and UV protected, your new Open Air Print will withstand the elements for years to come.

Shipping

Your purchase should arrive within approximately 4 to 5 weeks of order date as they are custom-assembled at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $5 for standard delivery. Certain heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or foreign countries. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call 1.877.967.0400.

Bigger items may need to be shipped in oversized cartons and result in higher freight costs.

Shipping charges are free in most cases. For large orders, please call us at 1.877.967.0400 and we will negotiate the best pricing.

All transactions are in US Dollars only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. To place an order with a money order, please call us toll free at 1.877.967.0440.

Return Policy

We want you to be a customer for life, therefore, if, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product, please return the item in its original condition within 30 days from date of shipping receipt. We will refund your credit card account for the entire amount, less shipping charges. Note: Warm Welcome personalized greeting products are not returnable.

Guarantee

Every Open Air Print includes a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty all-weather guarantee against fading and deterioration.

Back Orders

All orders are shipped complete. If an item is out of stock at the time the order is taken you will be notified immediately and given an estimated time of arrival. It is our policy to hold the order until all items are in stock. If you wish to cancel the back ordered item, we will gladly ship the purchases that are in stock. Open Air Gallery regrets any inconvenience.
